Central-Asian Electric Power Corporation Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter - CAEPCO JSC or Company) is the largest private electricity and power corporation in Kazakhstan.

The Company’s assets are located in Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan and Akmola regions, as well as in the city of Astana. The subsidiaries of CAEPCO JSC in the regions of Kazakhstan are represented by two vertically integrated energy companies — SEVKAZENERGO JSC and PAVLODARENERGO JSC — which encompass all segments of the energy supply chain: generation, transmission, and sales. In the Akmola region, the Corporation controls Akmola Electricity Distribution Company JSC.

Shares of subsidiaries of CAEPCO JSC – SEVKAZENERGO JSC and PAVLODARENERGO JSC are listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

CAEPCO JSC possesses a high degree of social responsibility and actively implements international quality standards in the sphere of environmental protection, health safety and security techniques into operations of subsidiaries.

The subsidiaries have adopted international ISO series standards in the fields of occupational health and safety and environmental management.
