Since 2009 and till 2015 a program based on the decree of the Government of the RK "On approval of ceiling tariffs" was in force in Kazakhstan. 47.4 bln KZT was invested to the combined heat and power stations of PAVLODARENERGO JSC thanks to the income derived from the ceiling tariffs for electricity generation.
