PROFENERGY

JSC "Central Asian Electric Power Corporation" (JSC "CAEPCo") creates conditions for the professional development of young specialists as part of the PROFENERGY project.

In 2015, the subsidiaries of JSC "CAEPCo" launched a program to support young specialists, attract graduates of educational institutions to key/critical professions, develop and raise the educational level of personnel, and retain key employees.

• Improvement of curricula;
• Organization of internships, tours and meetings;
• Temporary employment during academic breaks;
• Project competitions;
• Awarding of named scholarships;
• Participation in examination committees;
• Payment for industrial and pre-graduation internships.

Activities within this program aimed at young specialists already working at subsidiary enterprises include:

• Payment of study leave;
• Provision of an interest-free loan to pay for studies;
• Bonus for successful completion of an educational institution.

The program to support young specialists and raise the educational level of personnel within the PROFENERGY project makes it possible to implement government policy on the training of technical personnel.
