SEVKAZENERGO, JSC

“SEVKAZENERGO” Joint-Stock Company (http://www.sevkazenergo.kz) is a vertically integrated company, including all elements of energy supply in North Kazakhstan region (generation, transmission and sales of energy resources).

“SEVKAZENERGO” JSC was founded on July 13, 2009 as a result of reorganizing “AccessEnergo PCHP-2” LLP and is a legal successor of all rights and duties of that partnership, which was registered in bodies of justice of North Kazakhstan region on January 19, 1999. 

“SEVKAZENERGO” JSC unites the following enterprises:

  • Petropavlovsk CHP-2
  • “North-Kazakhstan Regional Electric Distribution Company” JSC (electricity networks of North Kazakhstan region)
  • “Petropavlovsk Heating Networks” LLP (heating networks of Petropavlovsk city);
  • “Sevkazenergosbyt” LLP. 

Total installed electric capacity of power plants is 541 MWt, the installed capacity of heat power is 713 Gcal/h. Main raw material used in the industry is coal of Ekibastuz basin.

“SEVKAZENERGO” JSC ensures supplying heat of own production to 161 196 citizens of the North Kazakhstan region, heat – to 70 561 citizens of Petropavlovsk city and also heat and electricity to more than 5500 industrial and agricultural enterprises of the region. Electricity generated in “SEVKAZENERGO” JSC is supplied to markets of North, Central, Eastern and Southern regions of Kazakhstan, as well as beyond the borders of the RK.

Length of electricity transmission lines of the Company amounts to 13 440,1 km. Total length of heating grids is 233,3 km. 

The Company is actively implementing principles of corporate governance, optimizing business processes and improving the practice in accordance with international standards in fields of manufacturing, health protection and social sphere.

Sustainability of operations of “SEVKAZENERGO” JSC is confirmed by “Expert RA Kazakhstan” ranking agency, which, in 2014 set the solvency rating of “PAVLODARENERGO” JSC at  “A+” level (very high rating of solvency) and the rating of first emission of bonds (NIN – KZ2C0Y10С695) at “A+” level (very high level of credibility).
