Chairman of the Management Board
In 2008, he graduated with distinction the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications majoring in Thermal Power Plants. From 2009 to 2011 he studied under the Bolashak international program at the University of Freiburg (Germany) and received Master of Science degree majoring in Management of Renewable Energy Sources.
In 2010, he practiced at the Fraunhofer Research Institute of Solar Energy Systems, he was engaged in certification of power plants. From March 2011 to March 2012, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Fraunhofer Research Institute for Solar Energy Systems and led a project within the department of phase changing material research.
From 2012 to 2014, he held the positions of Project Manager, and then the General Project Manager in Samruk-Green Energy LLP. From March to June 2014, he served as Head of the advanced development department of Samruk-Green Energy LLP.
From June 2014 to June 2018 he held the position of Director of CAPEC Green Energy LLP.
In March 2021, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of CAEPCO JSC.
He was awarded the state award – the medal "Yeren yenbegi ushin" (For labor distinction). Honored Power Engineer of the Kazakhstan Electric Power Association.

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production
In 1992, he graduated from the Pavlodar Industrial Institute with a degree in Automatic Control of Electric Power Systems.
From 2012 to 2022, he held various leadership positions at PAVLODARENERGO JSC, including General Director, Acting Chairman of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production.
From 2022 to August 31, 2023, he served as General Director of SEVKAZENERGO JSC.
Since August 31, 2023, he has been serving as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production of CAEPCO JSC.
