In August and September 2017 a corporate training for occupational safety and health (International certificate for occupational safety and health – IOSH) for top management of subsidiary organizations (SO) of JSC “Central-Asian Electric Power Corporation”, managers of structural divisions and heads of occupational health and safety services took place. Upon results of the training all participants passed exams on IOSH. 

The training took place upon initiative of a shareholder of “CAEPCO” JSC – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Facilitators of the training were Department of occupational health and safety and environment of JSC “CAEPCO” and Human Resources Department of “CAEPCO” JSC. As a training provided Baitau Partners were selected, which is a leader in the sphere of training services at Kazakhstan market since 2007.

The purpose of the training was enhancement of professional skills and adherence of top managers of SO JSC “CAEPCO” and its subsidiaries to occupational health and safety as well as improvement of safety culture at Group companies.
