“In 2017, power generation by the enterprises of Pavlodarenergo JSC (Pavlodar Oblast, in the north of Kazakhstan) was 4 bln. 73,839 mln. kW/h, which is higher than in 2016 by 6,4%”, - the company press service reported to the Interfax-Kazakhstan Agency.
“Heat energy generation for the past year was 4 mln. 445,067 ths. Gcal, which is less than in 2016 by 2,7%, this is due to the fact that the average temperature of the outside air in winter did not fall down very low”, -" the press service noted.
In 2017, 12,8 bln. KZT was allocated to implement investment programs of all subdivisions and units of Pavlodarenergo JSC (the current rate of exchange – 330,43/$1) including 2,3 bln. KZT to implement some projects of JSC Pavlodar Distribution Electrical Network Company.
“Among the investment projects of JSC “PDENC - construction of 110/10 kv Substation “Severnaya Gorodskaya” in Pavlodar by installing power transformers and constructing a double-circuit air line of 110 kv. The new substation will connect new customers and increase the power provided to the existing consumers”, - the company reported.
The major project of the past year was the implementation of the plan to reconstruct the Ekibastuz heat supply networks being carried out by the Pavlodar Heat Supply Networks LLP under the State Program “Nurly Zhol”.
“During 2016-2018, 13,94 bkn.KZT will be allocated for the heat supply system modernization in the two towns - Pavlodar and Ekibastuz. The main share of investment is intended for Ekibastuz where the network wear-out percent is higher”, -the company reported.
Last year, the Pavlodar Heat Supply Networks LLP reconstructed 4,2 km of mains and 17,46 km of intra-quarter networks in Ekibastuz. In Pavlodar, 9,5km of networks was overhauled, 5,3km of a pipeline was reconstructed, and 409 km of heat supply systems was subject to running repairs. More than 16 ths. linear meters of thermal insulation was restored.
