December 22, 2015 in the city of Petropavlovsk North Kazakhstan region held a grand opening of the kindergarden "Alakay" for 320 places. Construction of social facilities was carried out within the framework of public-private partnership.

The opening ceremony of the new facility was attended by akim of North Kazakhstan region Erik Sultanov and General Director of SEVKAZENERGO JSC Leonid Larichev. In a festive atmosphere the head of the region congratulated the residents on this important event, and thanked for the work of power engineers.
