AEDC, JSC continues the project of reconstruction of "Astana" substation equipment, which was launched in autumn of the last year. Modernization is possible thanks to the loan of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The project is scheduled for completion in August 2015, as the result of the project the installed capacity of power transformers of "Astana" substation will increase from 80 MVA to 126 MVA, i.e. by 57.5%.

ADB loan in the amount of US $ 25 million aimed at the implementation of the investment program 2014-2016.
