From 7 to 11 August of 2017 the Department of material and technical support conducted an event dedicated to analysis and enhancement of procurement processes of Group of companies “CAEPCO” JSC. The participants discussed current works and get familiar with best practices that are planned to implement in the holding in the nearest future. 

The purpose of the activities – summarizing results of work for 1st half year of 2017, presentation of a “Road Map for development of procurement process in 2017–2019”, presentation of new projects related with automation of processes, implementation of system of procurement planning, development of procurement strategies by categories, implementation of KPI and other directions. 

Dauren Bolatbekuly, Director of the Department of Material and technical support of “CAEPCO” in his speech presented key principals of organization and development of procurement activities in the company and mentioned that “CAEPCO” subsequently increases transparency and efficiency of procurements.

Within the frames of activities also a seminars dedicated to development of employees and training for personal growth took place. Special attention in the company being paid to increase of professional skills of personnel together with presentation of matrix of personnel reserve of DMTS, also issues of development of matrix of competencies and individual development plans were reviewed and discussed.
