Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty ordered the imposition of duties on the newspaper "Vremya" refute the information discrediting the business reputation of "SEVKAZENERGO" and untrue information published in the article "The game of monopoly" (“Игра в монополию”).

The court ordered the "Publising house "Vremya" LLP to refute the information by placing a refutation on the website of the newspaper “Vremya", which was done after the publication of the court decision comes into force on 06.04.2015.
