On January 5, 2015 the Board of Directors of “Akmola EDC” JSC (subsidiary company of “Central – Asian Electric Power Corporation” JSC) made a decision to appoint Mr. Mukan M. Zuleyev to the position of General Director of Akmola EDC JSC.

The above mentioned decision introduced amendments to the management structure of the Company, since the collegial executive body was reorganized to the sole executive body. Thus, starting from January 05, 2015 terms of office of members of the Management Board were pre-terminated.

Ms. Zhanna H. Gisler, former Chairman of the Management Board of “Akmola EDC” JSC appointed to the position of First Vice General Director for strategic development and investment planning.
