Available capacity of CHP-3 PAVLODARENERGO, JSC to be increased by 30 MW in the summer period. It will happen due to commissioning of a new cooling tower. Test run has been successfully passed on July 29 a, and on the same day cooling tower has been fully launched into operation.

Construction of fifth cooling tower was carried out within the frames of activities of the investment program of PAVLODARENERGO, JSC. The first phase of the project included the installation of foundations and base of the bowl.

The area of the bowl bottom is 1 600 m2, its thickness - 700 mm. The height of the new cooling tower - 64 meters. Total project cost - 1 bln 100 mln tenge, the source of financing - own funds of PAVLODARENERGO, JSC.
