Everyday operators of Contact – center of “Astanaenergosbyt” fields phone calls from 3-7 thousand customers, while employees of held desk in average up to 400 phone calls from Company’s consumers related to energy saving.

More than 50 thousand phone calls were fielded by the specialist of “Astanaenergosbyt” contact – center in May 2015. Most of all consumers transfer indications of metering units and reconcile accruals over the phone calls.

Numbers of consumers transferring data from metering units over the phone are increasing from year to year. For example, in 2013 specialists of the center fielded 295 046 phone calls from consumers and in 2014 – 596 679 calls.
