On November 10, 2014  "PAVLODARENERGO" JSC entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of measures related to the reconstruction of the Pavlodar CHP-3, Pavlodar CHP-2 and Ekibastuz CHP. Total budget of the project is 9, 471,665 thousand KZT.
