On September 30, 2015, the Department of Committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition under the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in North-Kazakhstan region under the auspices of SEVKAZENERGO JSC has arranged a press-tour to the objects of modernization and renovation of North-Kazakhstan regional electric distribution company JSC. Energy men have also told about features of work with consumers in an updated service center of Sevkazenergosbyt LLP.

First of all, participants of the event have been familiarized with a progress of North-Kazakhstan REDC JSC’s investment program implementation. Representatives of state authorities, public, and media have been showed the objects, modernization of which has finished just recently; it is OTL 0.4 kV overhead transmission line in the Rabochiy’s Settlement and TS 10/0.4kV transformer substation No.130 situated at Internatsionalnaya St.

“When installing the transmission line we applied SIW 4 self-supporting insulated wire. Length of a new line is 6.6km; 91 consumers are energized from the line. Modernization was made at the expense of rate; 18 KZT mln was spent. SIW advanced technology will allow assuring the consumers a high reliability in provision of electric energy. Modernization of transformer substation building and replacement of equipment took place at the second object; installation of a new TM-400 kVA power transformer allowed increasing the substation capacity with the prospect to connect new consumers. Amount of expenses for TS modernization exceeded 7 KZT mln. Positive effect of the modernization is that the new equipment allows assuring the power supply of connected consumers with a higher quality, reliability of operation and service”, - has noticed Vitaly Fes’ko, acting General Director of North-Kazakhstan REDC JSC.
