Pavlodar heat networks LLP (PHN) and the Department of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Pavlodar region during the press tour informed public about the purposed use of funds received from the increased tariffs for transmission and distribution of heat energy.

Journalists were told about what is being done in Pavlodar in order to improve reliability and efficiency of transport and distribution of heat energy. Every year for the settlement of the problems in the Pavlodar heat networks LLP specialized investment programs being developed and implemented. So, in 2015 in Pavlodar the reconstruction of heating mains from TK №6-15 to TK-18 on the st. Toraigyrov, length of 270 m and diameter - 530 mm. Also it is planned to reconstruct of district heating network along the Tolstoy street with length of 328.5 m. In addition in the area of Central Stadium with length of 375.7 m. Replacement of pipelines carried out with increasing pipe diameter and with polyurethane foam insulation.
