Representatives of "Central-Asian Electric Power Corporation" JSC (CAEPCO) as a part of the delegation from Kazakhstan have participated in the business forum and annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which took place on May 14-15, 2015 in Tbilisi.
The EBRD held its first annual meeting in the Caucasus. Georgia is the best reformer in the region and ranked 15th out of 189 countries in the Doing Business Survey of the World Bank. The representatives of the 66 EBRD member countries , about 4 thousand representatives of the business environment, European and international organizations attended EBRD events.
Within the frames of the meetings and forums devoted to summarizing 2014, Kazakhstan delegation presented to the partners exhibition hall, showing implemented projects, as well as the investment attractiveness of the country.
The EBRD being a shareholder of CAEPCO since 2009 promotes active implementation of the projects for modernization of energy facilities of the company.
