June 22, 2016, during a trip to the facilities of PAVLODARENERGO group companies, Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region Mr. Duisenbai Turganov acquainted with the implementation of the investment program. By the results of the inspection an offsite meeting was carried out.

Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region visited the Suvorov street, to see the reconstruction of heating main pipeline # 10, also he visited Pavlodar CHP-3 and CHP-2 to get familiar with the progress of investment program implementation. During the offsite meeting General Director f PAVLODARENERGO JSC Mr. Oleg Perfilov mentioned that the reconstruction of turbine unit No. 6 Pavlodar CHP-3 is one of the important projects. The first phase of works will be implemented by this year, which includes reconstruction of outdoor pipelines heating network and construction of the underground facilities.
