5 October, 2016 within the frames of international investment forum «Kyzylzhar Invest 2016» taking place in Petropavlovsk city, Central-Asian Electric Power Corporation (CAEPCO) and Akimat of Noth-Kazakhstan region have entered into the Memorandum of Cooperation.

The Memorandum of cooperation aimed to realization of programs for reconstruction of boiler and turbine units of CAEPCO owned CHPs as well as for expansion of existing power sources.
