On 29–30 September 2017 in Astana took place the training aimed to improvement of efficiency of enterprises operations, enhancement of labor organization by means of implementation lean manufacturing principles. The training was participated by top managers of subsidiary organizations of CAEPCO JSC.

Business trainer at the event was Philip Murashov, expert in the sphere of lean manufacturing, general director of Cross-industrial production systems, having 12 year experience in HR management in Russian production corporations: Base Element, Mettalinvest, Sibneft.

In a due course of the training participants were familiarized with concept of lean manufacturing. When studying cases, based on real examples top managers discussed possibilities of using instruments of lean manufacturing at production sites of subsidiary organizations of CAEPCO JSC for improvement of business processes.
