As per November of 2017, an Automated System for Controlling the Process of Technological Connection to Electric Networks – AS PTC “THESIS” was put into pilot-industrial operation at the electricity supply network subsidiaries of JSC CAEPCO. The system is aimed at increasing the transparency of the process for registering technical specifications to connect consumers to electrical networks.

After the introduction of AS PTC “THESIS”, consumers will appreciate its convenience starting with the execution of an application and ending with the receipt of documents. A great advantage of the system is intermediate control, which makes it possible to determine at which stage and which of the participants in the process have the documents. It is assumed that after a consumer’s request to any nearest centre for accepting applications, irrespective of the territorial affiliation of the facility to be connected, the participants in the process will redirect the technical document themselves to the structural units that meet the requirement.

The implementation of the system will organize the accounting and control in the process of issuing technical specifications and the coordination of documentation.
