Pavlodar heat networks LLP carries out the installation of heat energy metering devices in multi-storey apartment houses in Pavlodar and Ekibastuz cities. 403 houses in the regional center and 111 houses in the miners city are already equipped with HEM devices.

Within the frames of a financial leasing agreement between Housing and public utilities development fund, Aventis Group LLP and Pavlodar heat networks LLP in 2016-2017 the installation of  metering devices is planned at all  multi-storey apartment houses of Pavlodar and Ekibastuz cities, where such devices are not yet installed. According to reports of Aventis Group LLP as of today 80 metering devices are installed in in Pavlodar and 72  in Ekibastuz.
