SEVKAZENERGO JSC was second in the category “The Best Socially Responsible Enterprise” in the Republican Contest “Paryz-2017”.

From year to year, while increasing operational indicators, power engineers keep in mind social responsibility to the people living in the North Kazakhstan: the implementation of the social policy allows the company to compete in the labor market, while making a significant contribution to the development of the economy of the North-Kazakhstan Oblast.

In their activities, SEVKAZENERGO JSC strives to preserve, multiply and develop human capital providing employees with safe working conditions, social benefits and a decent level of remuneration for labor by methods of material and non-material incentives.

The major achievements of the Company and the Holding of JSC CAPEC in recent years have been as follows: the setting up of a corporate 320-seat kindergarten in the workers’ settlement of Petropavlovsk, which is also visited by the children of the city residents, and the setting up of opening of a corporate hostel. SEVKAZENERGO JSC as well as the entire JSC CAEPCO’s Group of Companies uses the PROFENERGY program to support and attract students to the Company.
