SEVKAZENERGO JSC was second in the category “The Best Socially Responsible Enterprise” in the Republican Contest “Paryz-2017”.
From year to year, while increasing operational indicators, power engineers keep in mind social responsibility to the people living in the North Kazakhstan: the implementation of the social policy allows the company to compete in the labor market, while making a significant contribution to the development of the economy of the North-Kazakhstan Oblast.

The major achievements of the Company and the Holding of JSC CAPEC in recent years have been as follows: the setting up of a corporate 320-seat kindergarten in the workers’ settlement of Petropavlovsk, which is also visited by the children of the city residents, and the setting up of opening of a corporate hostel. SEVKAZENERGO JSC as well as the entire JSC CAEPCO’s Group of Companies uses the PROFENERGY program to support and attract students to the Company. Moreover, SEVKAZENERGO provides its employees with a full social package, and provides material assistance to its employees under the collective agreement, and also allocates funds for training and development of personnel, and for support of a healthy lifestyle.
The Company plans to further improve the social policy system. a residential multi-apartment complex for employees of SEVKAZENERGO JSC is to be built in the future.
