In 2016, the construction of the second stage of ash dump of Pavlodar CHP-3 was completed. The construction was including: arrangement of access roads, lighting, drilling of observation wells for monitoring, construction and finishing works of pumping stations of drainage water, reconstruction of pumping stations of clarified water with replacement of electrical and technological equipment, start of construction works on empty pavilions.

Also last year, work continued on the construction of the second section of ash dump at Ekibastuz CHP in the lodge of Lake Tuz, construction and erection works on the construction of the second stage of ash dump of Pavlodar CHP-2 and the works to build dumbs of the second stage of ash dump of CHP-3.
