In 2015 “Central – Asian Electric Power Corporation” JSC within the frames of conception of personnel development, implements the project aimed for increase of competencies level among top-managers and heads of structural subdivisions of “CAEPCO” JSC and enterprises, united in the Group.
Within 6 months top-managers of the Group enterprises as well as managers of high and middle level will participate to the trainings on the following topics: “Practical management and skill of efficient training” and “Human resources management”. Main purpose of the project – increase of management skill of top-managers, professionalism and obtaining new knowledge which will be implemented in performance of objectives set for the corporation.
